The tourist tax is included in the price of the guest rooms.

For the apartments, €6.20 per person (over 16 years old) per day must be paid on site.

Arrivals outside of regular check-in hours that are not validated by the establishment will be charged €50.

Accepted payment methods are credit cards (except American Express), checks, cash, and bank transfers.

Towels are provided and changed every 4 days for long stays. Daily towel changes are charged at €10 per day per person.

In July and August, apartment reservations are for a minimum of 5 nights, and guest rooms are for a minimum of three nights.

We can rent a baby cot for €10 per night.

Upon booking, a deposit of at least one night's stay will be required by check or bank transfer.

A €30 processing fee will be deducted from the deposit refund in the event of cancellation at least 20 days in advance. After this period, the deposit will be refunded in full.

All stays that have already begun are due in full. The rooms and apartments are non-smoking.

For apartments, a €500 deposit will be required upon arrival and returned upon departure.

Any damage will be fully charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed, provided they are well-behaved and kept on a leash.
